How can I verify a craftsman?

Craftsmen with the Fix&Go Verified badge passed identity checks and collect public reviews. On each profile you can see references, ratings and completed jobs.

Can I manage multiple properties?

Yes. The dashboard supports a service book for several properties, and MeteoSafe tracks the weather at every address you add.

How does posting a job work?

Fill in a short form (what needs fixing, when, where), nearby craftsmen send you offers, you compare them, chat in-app and finish the job. Money flow and reviews stay on Fix&Go.

Premium costs €6.36/month. You get an extended service book, device management, inspection reminders and a PDF investment report. MeteoSafe is not included in the standalone Premium plan — you can add it separately for €3.96/month, or get the Premium + MeteoSafe bundle for €9.96/month.

What is MeteoSafe and how does it work?

MeteoSafe watches the forecast for your address and sends early alerts about storms, frost, strong wind or heavy rain — so you can prevent damage and react in time.
